“I would like people to come and see my pictures and parts of London that they have never seen before.”

‘Come and See’ is a photography exhibition showcasing work produced and curated by a group of nine people from different countries who have come together to share their perspectives through photography. The group has worked in partnership with Fotosynthesis and Jesuit Refugee Service UK. Their insights and personal experiences shape the exhibition and the stories they tell about themselves and the world around them.

The preview evening (including a pop-up studio) takes place on Thursday 26 June 2014, 6-8pm at Lumen Gallery, 88 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RS. The exhibition is open Friday 27 June to Thursday 10 July 2014 (weekdays 8am – 4pm). A gallery tour with contributors is on Saturday 5 July 2014, 2-5pm.

RSVP for the preview or gallery tour to: or 0207 488 7310.

The project ‘Refugee Voices’ has been made possible with thanks to Awards for All, Jesuit Social Justice Fund and donations from individual supporters.

“I am proud of my work and to have been part of this project… It gave me back my confidence.”
